Katharnox
Katharnox is a symphonic metal band from Odesa, Ukraine, founded on June 28 by professional musicians rooted in academic classical education. The project began as orchestral compositions written for chamber orchestra and premiered at Urban Music Hall, performed alongside chamber ensembles and choir.
Over time, these works were reimagined for a powerful metal format — incorporating string trio, piano, heavy guitars and vocals — giving birth to the distinctive sonic identity of Katharnox.
The band performs exclusively original material, built around a continuous conceptual storyline. Their music explores themes of light and darkness, choice, fall and rebirth, forming a unified artistic universe rather than isolated songs.
Combining symphonic depth, cinematic atmosphere and emotional intensity, Katharnox bridges classical mastery with modern metal energy. Their releases are available on international streaming platforms, and the band is actively expanding its European audience.
In 2026, Katharnox is preparing for a tour in Denmark, presenting both symphonic metal concerts and selected classical performances — further reinforcing their vision of a complete musical world where orchestral tradition and metal power coexist.
